Refund policy

We accept returns only for items that are:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition and packaging
• Requested within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Panties/briefs
• Bodysuits
• Items marked as final sale
• Products that show signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll review the request and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
